Welcome to Intuitive Rituals!

Intuitive Rituals is a heartwarming collaboration between Dolce, Karen, and Mihaela united by our mutual passion for creating sustainable and nourishing self-care practices in day-to-day life.

Intuitive Rituals is a nod to the humble everyday humans, the busy people, the busy parents, the burned-out souls, and the modern-day seekers for a little more softness and nourishment into their life.

Our collective intuition led us to create a welcoming space - a container for all to join and explore deeper connections not only with self but also with others.

We are all trained in Yoga, Pilates, Reformer and Barre and share a passion for movement as a way to care for the mind and body.

We believe in the power of dance, meditation, embodied practice, and creative expression. No matter what your calling, Intuitive Rituals can support you to find what will serve you.

Intuitive Rituals is an invitation to unearth, explore, and embody the innate wisdom that lies within - the intuition.

Meet the Team

  • Dolce Fisher

Dolce is a movement specialist with experience and expertise covering a variety of modalities. Having a strong relationship to movement that began with dance, her training has explored all aspects of dance and the performing arts. In her career she has worked as a professional dancer with the NSW Ballet Company, Sega World, Fox Studio’s, BazMark Live and with many local/independent artists. Her love of dance extended into teaching and choreography working across Australia and abroad.

This passion for movement is an integral part of her own journey and this shines through in the ways she encourages people to get to know their body through movement whether is for enjoyment, wellness or to be shared and performed for others.

Dolce’s teaching experience spans for over 20 years, first with dance becoming a certified ballet teacher with the Royal Academy of dance in 2005. Then layering more modalities into the fold through yoga - Vinyasa/Yin, Barre, Pilates Mat and Reformer, she is also currently completing a diploma in Clinical Pilates.

Her experience across all of these movement practices allows her to draw on each of them when teaching to supplement her clients own experience and relationship with their own body. Dolce is currently teaching across a variety of studios across Sydney, her aim is for anyone who walks into one of her classes to be able to enjoy moving and leave class feeling better than when you walked in!

  • Karen Gruber

Karen is a wellness facilitator and artist based in Western Sydney. Her motto is that we are each the experts in our own lives and already know what will serve us, it is only a matter of finding the form of expression that will allow us to make that known to ourselves and the world.

She believes the practice of modalities like Yoga and Pilates is a means to connect with physical manifestation of deeper experiences and sensations. Through mindful movement of the body and breath, we can gain insight into our emotional and mental state on a day-to-day basis, as well as observe and gently approach larger concepts in life as they ebb and flow.

Her education in physical practices are broad and cover the disciplines of yoga - Vinyasa, Aerial and Yin, Pilates Mat and Reformer and Barre and currently teaches these styles across various studios. She has 20 years of experience in Buddhist meditation, counseling and psychotherapy and all compliment her teaching meditation/reflective practices. Her expertise in this area has allowed her to become one of the facilitators in ‘Nin Yoga’ Yoga Teacher training, delivering the module focusing on ‘Meditation and Holding Space’. She is also an artist, designer and creative who brings this playful exploration into all she offers.

Throughout her life she has sought ways to support and encourage others to find autonomy and strength within themselves. Combining all of her life and teaching experience and the more recent years where she works as a freelance artist and designer at Karen Gruber Art, she has built and nurtured skills in holding space and serving the community.

  • Mihaela Zotta

Mihaela is a wellness facilitator and yoga teacher based in Western Sydney.

She is a burn-out survivor and believes in the power of serendipitous moments. After a career in tech and consulting, such a moment revealed itself when least expected.

As a yoga teacher she believes yoga is like coming home. Arriving in a place of warmth, nurture and safety. A space where you can flourish and become more of you, on and off the mat.

Mihaela’s exploration of yoga and meditation expands through being a Crystal Singing Bowl facilitator, as well as a Yin yoga teacher. She explores the power of physical movement through anatomical disciplines such as Pilates, Reformer Pilates and Barre which complement the softness and embodied power of yoga and meditation.

Mihaela draws from her experience with burnout and anxiety to encourage and be an advocate for - ‘do what feels right and good for you’. Life is worth living and celebrating, and those serendipitous moments will find you when you need something extraordinary and incredibly human to take place.

Together with the modalities of yoga, pilates, barre and sound meditation, Mihaela creates a warm and safe experience to ensure a sustainable practice in class and beyond the mat.
